We offer protective clothing for medical personnel, including protective gowns, caps, shoe covers etc. The barrier fabrics we use, made from polypropylene with silver ions, or from polyester infused with antimicrobial chemicals, are produced in our own weaving factory in Poland. We supply the fabrics to sewing facilities, as well as provide ready-made products for the final customer. Read More
We produce two types of fabrics:
1. Argento polypropylene fabric
100% polypropylene, weight: 100 g/m2, width: 150 cm, plain weave
Polypropylene demonstrates hydrophobic properties, combined with high air permeability.
The fabric is made from permanently antibacterial yarn with silver ions, which received
STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX, and Bluesign approval.
Silver ions demonstrate antibacterial and antiviral properties. They are safe for humans and for the environment.
The fabric also received the Certificate of Health Quality, issued by the National Institute of Hygiene, valid until 31/02/2023. The certificate confirms that the product does not present a hazard for human health.
The fabric can be washed repeatedly at 90°C with the use
of detergents. The fabric did not lose
its properties also after washing at 130°C. Therefore, Argento can be
sterilised like other reusable fabrics for medical purposes.
2. Polyester fabric for protective clothing
PES 100%, width: 1600 mm, weight: 130 g/m2 (+/-3%)
The fabric is infused with antibacterial and antifungal agent, and covered with oleophobic and hydrophobic finishing. It has been certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, and meets the requirements of a barrier fabric used at healthcare facilities.
In addition, we offer single-use gowns made from spunbond polypropylene non-woven fabric with a basic weight of 45 g/m2.
